The dogs have gathered. The surf is up. The puppy-sized rash guards are on. And the Dog Surfing Championship of 2018 is underway in Pacifica, California.
But something is amiss. All I want to do is sit back and watch the glory of canines riding sweet waves from my Brooklyn apartment, 3,000 miles away from the Good Boys on boards. Alas, the internet has failed me.
Internet, it’s 2018 — why the HECK is there no live stream of the World Dog Surfing Championships?!
A scroll through the very official website’s event page brings up no links to watch. I guess I will have to settle for these images and videos on Twitter.
A check on the World Dog Surfing Instagram doesn’t even reveal a live story. Oh well, I’d better stalk the #DogSurfing hashtag!
Hmm, might there be a live stream on YouTube? Nope, no dice. But here is this nice video of a surfing Corgi.
Hey, World Dog Surfing Championships! Maybe the traffic wouldn’t be so bad if there was a LIVE STREAM!
omg the traffic into pacifica is maybe the worst i’ve ever seen because of the DOG SURFING IN LINDA MAR IM
